Here at Milestones Therapy, we value all types of feedback about our service and the products we supply. All feedback is highly valuable, and we use it to inform and improve our business practices.

How will Milestones Therapy manage my feedback
There are 8 steps we follow to manage feedback and complaints:
- Acknowledge
- Assess and Record
- Contact
- Resolve or refer
- Communicate
- Respond
- Follow-up
- Consider and Learn
After a complaint has been received, we aim to:
- Acknowledge your feedback within 2 working days
- Contact you within 3 business days
- Provide resolution or response to your complaint within 21 days
Please note: some resolutions can be provided much earlier than the 21days. If your feedback is more complex it may take longer, we will communicate that with you if that is the case.
